Educational Leaders are tasked with the challenge of using the findings from Indiana’s Results Driven Accountability (RDA) System to ensure equal access to educational opportunities for all students. This 3-part series will support leadership teams in engaging in critical conversations needed to prioritize and develop effective and sustainable actions to address areas of need within their organizations.  To share this information with colleagues, download the flyer.  This session is free of charge to all registrants.  Registration deadline is Friday, January 12, 2024.

  • Session 1: Targeting Student Improvement: Selecting the Just Right Actions to Support Student Growth
    • Locations:  Merrillville and Indianapolis
    • Dates: Jan 23 (Merrillville) and 25 (Indianapolis)
    • Objectives: This full day session will focus on supporting school teams to identify and select targeted interventions to address the root causes of their area(s) of need as highlighted in RDA data.
  • Session 2: Status Check: Identifying Successes and Continued Opportunities
    • Format: Virtual 2.5 hour sessions x2
    • Dates/Times: March 6 (10am-12:30pm ET or 1pm-3:30pm ET)
  • Session 3: Continuing the Work: Sustaining Progress Through Systems Work
    • Locations:  Merrillville and Indianapolis
    • Dates: April 29 (Merrillville) and 30 (Indianapolis)
    • In this final session, school teams will reflect on student level and systems level outcomes resulting from corrective action plan interventions across the year.
